My journey in the food industry began at just 15 years old, and over the past 20+ years, I’ve dedicated my life to mastering every aspect of the restaurant and catering world. From working behind the scenes in the kitchen to engaging directly with customers, I’ve held nearly every role the industry has to offer. These experiences have shaped not only my skill set, but also my deep respect for hard work, consistency, and delivering quality service every time.

Cooking has always been more than a profession for me—it’s a true passion. I take pride in creating meals that bring comfort, connection, and enjoyment to others. As a single father of four daughters, family is at the center of everything I do. Some of my most meaningful moments are spent cooking family-style meals at home, where food becomes more than just nourishment—it becomes a way to create memories and bring people together.
